This well done two-part podcast focuses on the grifter/Kundalini Yoga teacher Katie Griggs/Guru Jagat, but in the introduction, there is a decent summary of Yogi Bhajan’s abuses and scams. Jagat fashioned herself into a mini-Bhajan, employing many of the techniques her teacher used. Premka’s book appears near the end of the program. Also interesting pronunciation of Kundalini (koon-dah-leeni). Apparently we’ve had it wrong all these years. Interesting perspective on the whiteness of 3HO.
